| RSS (Really Simple Syndication) |
 |
The Cathay Pacific USA website has now begun to offer an RSS
feed (or channel) for notifying its customers of special deals, promotions,
important updates, and other news.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is
an easy way for you to keep updated automatically on websites that
you like. Instead of having to go to websites to see if a new
article has been added, you can use RSS to tell you. If you see a
button on a web site (sometimes it is identified by an orange
"RSS" or "XML" button), it means that there is an RSS feed available.
To use RSS, you need to use a News Reader
program which displays RSS feeds from your chosen websites on your
computer.
How do I get a RSS News Reader?

There are a range of different News Readers available; visit
Google to find links to the most
popular products, many of which are free to install. One of the
most popular is
BlogExpress Reader which is free.
Other News Readers work differently, so you may wish to make your
own choice.
How do I add Cathay Pacific USA feeds to my News Reader?
